Work

Quiet results from shops with real doors.

These are anonymized example stories based on typical local work — same kinds of businesses, same kinds of messes. Not invented Fortune 500 logos. When we have permission to name a shop, we will.

Example · anonymized

Color salon · three chairs

Busy Saturday blocks, owner on the floor

Problem

New guests called during color and hit voicemail. The old site had a blurry logo, no services list, and a booking link that broke on iPhone.

What we built

A mobile site with services, starting-at prices, real photos, and a working book button — plus missed-call text-back and next-day reminders.

Result

No-shows eased in the first month. New guests started booking from Google without a phone tag.

Neighborhood bistro

Dinner service, small host stand

Problem

Google still listed brunch they’d dropped. The menu was a PDF from last fall. Reservation calls during the rush went nowhere.

What we built

Menu-first website with current hours, dietary notes, and a reservation path — plus a missed-call text that opened a short request form.

Result

Fewer “are you open?” calls. Requests came in while the floor was full instead of vanishing into voicemail.

Main Street boutique

Owner on the floor, Instagram doing most of the talking

Problem

The grid looked great. Hours and the phone were a tap too far. “Do you have this in medium?” sat in DMs while someone ordered it online.

What we built

A photo-led site with hours, new arrivals, and click-to-call — plus missed-call text-back and a review ask after a good weekend.

Result

More Google calls that turned into visits, and a review count that finally looked like the shop.

Independent repair shop

Two techs, owner between bays

Problem

Morning estimate calls stacked up on the shop phone. The website didn’t list services or hours. Follow-up lived on a pad by the register.

What we built

A plain services-and-hours site, a thumb-friendly estimate form, and automatic text-back when a call was missed.

Result

Fewer lost first calls. Estimates were waiting when they could actually reply — not after the driver had moved on.
