FAQ

Straight answers before you book the audit.

Prices are starting points. The audit is how we get specific. Read about websites and automation, or ask on the form if you are not sure you need both.

What does a local business website cost?

Most new or rebuilt sites for a single location start around $2,500–$6,000, depending on pages, booking, and how much content we write with you. A simple brochure site is on the lower end. Booking, menus, or a larger photo set land higher. We’ll give you a clear number after the audit — not a range that moves every week.

What does automation cost?

Practical setups (missed-call text-back, reminders, review requests) often start around $800–$2,500 to build, then a monthly tool cost you already pay or a small managed fee if you want us to watch it. We’ll tell you what’s included and what the software bills separately.

How long does it take?

A focused website is often 2–4 weeks once we have photos, hours, and services. Automation can go live in days if your phone and calendar are straightforward. We’d rather ship a useful first version than wait for a perfect brand book.

I’m not techy. Do I need to be?

No. If you can text a customer and update your hours, you can work with us. We handle the setup. You get plain-English instructions for the two or three things you’ll actually touch.

Do I need both a website and automation?

Not always. If people can’t find you or the site looks abandoned, start with the website. If the site is fine but you miss calls and never follow up, start with automation. A lot of shops need both. The audit is how we choose — you don’t have to decide on the form.

Who owns the website?

You do. The site lives on an account in your name (or we hand it over). You’re not renting a page we can turn off. If you leave, you keep the site and the content.

Do you lock me into your tools?

We use ordinary pieces: your domain, a modern site, Google Business Profile, and automation that talks to the phone and calendar you already have when we can. If a tool is a bad fit, we say so. No “platform” you have to marry.

What about Square, Toast, or the booking app I already pay for?

Keep what’s working. We connect around it — a site that links to your booking tool, reminders that use the calendar you have, texts that don’t replace your POS. The goal is fewer tabs, not a fifth system.

Do you offer ongoing support?

Yes, if you want it. Many owners want a phone number for “the hours changed” and small copy edits. Others just want the keys. We’ll price a light monthly care plan separately from the build so you’re not surprised.

What happens in the free audit?

Thirty minutes. We look at your Google listing, your current site (or lack of one), and how you handle calls and bookings. You leave with a short written recap: what’s costing you customers, and a recommended first step. No script, no pressure to sign that day.

Do you work with businesses outside a certain city?

We’re based in California’s Central Valley. Most of the work is remote — screen shares and your phone system. If you’re nearby we can visit. The form asks for your city so we understand hours, competition, and Maps.

Will this replace my staff?

No. This is for the hours you already spend on voicemail, reminder texts, and “did anyone reply to that Facebook message?” It gives a 2–15 person shop time back. It does not run the business for you.

Still chewing on it?

Book the 15-minute call. A short conversation is cheaper than another quarter of missed calls.
