This is a short, current note about the Valley Digital website. It is not a complete legal policy. We reply within 24 hours.
What the form asks for
The audit form asks for your name, email, phone, business name, business type, city or area, and whether you need a website, automation, or both. The current website URL and a short note about the biggest headache are optional.
How we use it
We use that information to review an audit request and follow up about the work. We do not sell it, and we do not send the form contents to analytics.
Where it goes today
On a local development machine, submissions may be saved in a local file so the form can be tested. That file is not a production system and is not shipped with the site. A production destination — such as a durable inbox, webhook, or CRM — has not been published yet. Until one is configured, a live form should not claim a lead was stored. We will name the destination here when it exists.
Analytics
The site may use Vercel Analytics for aggregated traffic. It is not used to transmit the contents of the form.
